The training offer, primarily asynchronous, will allow participants to complete it remotely and at any time. It also includes live and in-person sessions during August. The training areas cover growing fields such as data analysis, digital marketing, programming, and personal productivity.
These short courses (between 1 and 6 hours) are designed to update digital skills before the new academic year and enhance professional profiles. In total, they amount to over 270 hours of asynchronous training. Additionally, 15 live activities are offered via the Virtual Classroom and 10 in-person courses in August, providing 400 places and 110 additional hours.
Asynchronous training, featuring videos, interactive materials, and exercises, allows for flexibility around work schedules, other responsibilities, or holidays, facilitating learning from anywhere. The modules combine practical content and applied examples for quick integration of learnings.
Artificial intelligence (AI) stands out as a transversal theme, with courses on generative AI, chatbots, ChatGPT, and the impact of AI on decision-making, data analysis, digital marketing, and product development. It also covers creative and productivity tools related to AI.
Other in-demand areas include data analysis and visualization, cybersecurity, programming, web development, digital marketing and communication, personal productivity, and collaborative cloud work. The training aims to introduce data analysis tools, explain cybersecurity fundamentals, improve digital presence, teach programming languages, or optimize work platforms.

Cibernarium, which trained over 12,700 people in 2025, aims to promote lifelong learning, digital inclusion, and reduce the digital divide. This initiative is part of the strategy to boost the digital sector, identified as strategic for the city's economic growth and access to quality employment. The commitment to the digital sector is further strengthened by the creation of the Digital Talent Hub at the Parc Tecnològic de Nou Barris.
