The Collblanc-La Torrassa Festival brought together thousands of residents over three days of activities featuring concerts, street fairs, and the 31st edition of the Festival of Diversity at Parc de la Marquesa.

The Collblanc-La Torrassa neighborhood, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, celebrated its annual Festival with a diverse program that filled the streets with music, popular culture, and commerce for three intense days. Parc de la Marquesa served as one of the event's main hubs, hosting numerous concerts, including performances by pop and rock groups from the Municipal Music School.
One of the musical group's members, Àfrica Traba, highlighted the vocal variety of her ensemble: "The charm of our combo is that we use different voices, combining soprano, alto, and bass, and we play with that in the songs."
Concurrently, Carretera de Collblanc transformed into a street fair where local shops and entities offered crafts, clothing, and food products. The fair attracted many residents eager to explore the local offerings. A local resident, Felipa García, shared her enthusiasm: "It's wonderful because we can come as a family, it encourages us to leave home, participate in the neighborhood, and connect with each other."
The program also included children's activities, sardana dances, a parade, and concerts by other bands such as The Aguateques and Mala Vida, reinforcing the festival's role as a moment of social cohesion. The Vice President of the Festival Commission, Pepa Gásquez, emphasized the event's significance: "The festival is a moment of social cohesion, where everyone can come out and see the neighborhood from a positive perspective, enjoying music, dance, circus... Seeing people so joyful fills us with happiness."
The festival concluded on Sunday with the 31st edition of the Festival of Diversity, also held at Parc de la Marquesa. This event brought together 40 entities and featured 75 stalls offering goods, food, workshops, and cultural activities, celebrating the coexistence of different cultures within the Collblanc and La Torrassa neighborhoods. A long-standing tradition, the watermelon contest, marked its 27th year.
