National Police officers arrested a man at the Barcelona-Nord bus station who was attempting to travel to Romania with 139 stolen mobile phones.

The individual, facing charges of aggravated theft and receiving stolen goods, was found with a shipment of phones estimated to be worth around 150,000 euros. The police operation was part of a special security deployment.
Officers identified the suspect as he was about to board an international bus bound for Romania. Initial investigations suggest that most of the 139 mobile phones were stolen from victims during the Barcelona Primavera Sound music festival, held on June 6th and 7th at the Parc del Fòrum.
