The Primavera Sound festival has concluded its 24th edition in Barcelona with a total of 287,000 attendees, while confirming ticket refunds for those affected by Thursday's cancellations.

The musical event, held at the Parc del Fòrum, had to manage a difficult day due to adverse weather conditions. Rain forced the suspension of several concerts scheduled for Thursday, leading to plans to refund approximately 15,000 single-day tickets.
According to the festival management, the refund process will begin on Monday. Although full passes are not refundable, the organization deemed it necessary to compensate spectators who purchased their pass exclusively for the affected day, during which several headlining acts were missed.

"To be under the obligation to refund a ticket, more than 50% of the concerts must be cancelled."

Despite the complications, the final assessment highlights that over 60 shows were successfully held on Thursday. The organization expressed gratitude for the artists' cooperation and the audience's positive attitude in the face of technical and logistical challenges caused by the storm.
Looking ahead, the festival has already set the dates for its 25th edition, which will take place on June 3, 4, and 5, 2027, at the Parc del Fòrum, securing its presence in the city until 2030 through an agreement with BSM.
