The agency's investigation, affiliated with the Ministry of Health, has confirmed the falsity of all identified references.

Among the affected products are the GEBRO-Mesoceuticals brands, with references such as Hair Cocktail, DMAE, and X-DNA Gel, and VANE-Mesoceuticals, which includes Collagen Peptides, Hyaluronic Acid, Skin Peptide, and Spot Cocktail. All of them have been marketed with a falsified CE mark.
