The Department of Business and Labor has announced an update to the email inboxes designated for receiving entries made through the incident log. This measure takes effect on September 15, 2026.
The new email addresses are as follows: for Barcelona, llibreincidenciesBCN.treball@gencat.cat; for Girona, llibreincidenciesGIR.treball@gencat.cat; for Lleida, llibreincidenciesLLE.treball@gencat.cat; and for Tarragona, llibreincidenciesTGN.treball@gencat.cat.
The Liweb platform has already been configured with these new addresses. As a result of collaborative work between the Cateb and various public administrations, relevant checks have been carried out to ensure the continued use of Cateb's digital incident log in compliance with regulations.
It is reminded that, following the modification of section 4 of article 13 of RD 1627/97, it is necessary to send to the Labor Inspectorate, within 24 hours, the entries made in the incident log in cases of work or construction stoppage due to serious and imminent risk, as well as for non-compliance with previous warnings or observations.
