Thousands of Mobile World Congress (MWC) attendees have been unable to reach Barcelona this Monday following airspace closures in the Middle East due to attacks on Iran.

Major hubs in Doha, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi have suspended operations, affecting Qatar Airways, Emirates, and Etihad flights. These airports serve as critical connections for travelers arriving from Asia to Barcelona.

"A small number of attendees, exhibitors, and speakers from the Middle East may be affected by travel disruptions."
