Among the main innovations, the race will debut new 5 and 10-kilometer routes, designed to be more urban and faster. These courses have been approved by the Catalan Athletics Federation, allowing participants to obtain official times with maximum precision. The start will take place from Plaça d'Europa at 9:30 PM, half an hour later than usual, to ensure a completely nocturnal experience.
The event maintains its family-friendly and popular atmosphere, with children's races that have already sold out, activities for the little ones, and the emblematic 'xefla', a typical dish from L'Hospitalet. Runners will be able to taste this specialty in a festive and healthy version, made with local products, after finishing the race.
The commitment to solidarity is one of the race's cornerstones. In this edition, the contribution to the charitable cause is increased, with 1.5 euros from each registration going to the Catalan Association of People Affected by Fibromyalgia and other Central Sensitization Syndromes (ACAF), which has a delegation in L'Hospitalet. Additionally, participants have the option to make an extra donation of ten euros through the solidarity bib number, and a bib number 0 has been enabled for those who wish to contribute without participating in the race. During the presentation, a local shopping center reinforced this commitment with an additional contribution of 2,000 euros to the entity.
All registered participants will receive the official race t-shirt and will have access to services such as wardrobe, refreshments, accident insurance, changing rooms, and showers. Bib numbers and the runner's bag can be collected during the Race Fair, which will be held on the days leading up to the event at a well-known shopping center.
