According to information provided by the Office of Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff, the mass to be held at the Sagrada Familia Expiatory Temple to mark the centenary of Antoni Gaudí's death will be conducted bilingually, using both Catalan and Spanish. However, the official program states that the blessing of the Tower of Jesus Christ will be performed entirely in Spanish.
The pontiff's tour through the Catalan capital will include a one-kilometer ride in the popemobile. The route will begin in the city center, specifically on Rosselló Street, from Roger de Llúria Street to the intersection with Sardenya Street, ending in front of the Gaudí temple.
In addition to his time at the basilica, the travel agenda includes a vigil at the Montjuïc Olympic Stadium, where the Pope will greet attendees from the athletics track. Finally, on the morning of June 10, the pontiff is scheduled to travel to the mountain of Montserrat to continue his visit to Catalonia.
