The 6,337 season tickets registered, including those for the OBC, BMB, Càmera, Antiga, and Familiares programs, along with the flat rates for under 25s and 35s (622), confirm the positive reception of L’Auditori's access policies, such as the Nueva Cata de Orquesta.
The Barcelona Symphony Orchestra and National Orchestra of Catalonia (OBC) has solidified its artistic project with staff renewal and improved technical standards. The ensemble undertook a tour in Germany and returned to the Basque Country after twenty years. It also participated in the Ibermúsica cycle in Madrid.
With 70 concerts and 78,753 spectators, the OBC's season was also marked by its recording activity, including the release of the third volume of the complete works of Maurice Ravel and symphonic works by four contemporary female composers. It featured guest conductors such as Eun Sun Kim and Jonathan Nott, and top-tier international soloists like Anna Vinnitskaya.
Beyond the OBC, L’Auditori hosted prominent international figures such as Zubin Mehta, Martha Argerich, and Teodoro Currentzis.
The Banda Municipal de Barcelona (BMB) celebrated its 140th anniversary with over fifty concerts and 17,200 spectators, surpassing the previous season's attendance. Notable events included a concert with the Escolania de Montserrat and one dedicated to the Goya Awards.
The Educational Service remains a key asset, with 331 concerts attracting 161,814 spectators, solidifying its position as a leader in music education in Catalonia. The Music Museum welcomed 48,687 visitors, featuring exhibitions dedicated to Conxita Badia, Josep Cercós, and Ricard Viñes.
