The Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Barcelona (FAVB) and other local entities, such as the Associació Veïnal del Camp Nou and the Associació Veïnal Racó de les Corts, have issued a joint statement urging the City Council to adopt "effective measures and solutions" before the upcoming football season begins. The associations point out that both the Barcelona council and Futbol Club Barcelona must assume their responsibility for the problems they consider to be already "structural" and warn that they will worsen once the Camp Nou renovations are completed.

To mitigate uncivil behavior and the disturbances caused by Barça matches to residents around the stadium, the neighborhood entities propose the installation of video cameras to facilitate access and guarantee residents' rights. They also call for a registry of authorized residents for restricted areas and the deployment of civic agents to ensure effective compliance with municipal ordinances.

Regarding mobility, residents request that team buses be diverted to wider streets with lower residential density. They regret that, despite meetings held with the Les Corts District, the Mossos d'Esquadra, the Guardia Urbana, the Mobility area, and TMB, the authorities' response has been unsatisfactory and the solutions provided so far insufficient.
