A decade later, the company is launching the most ambitious project in its history with the construction of what will be Spain's largest factory for industrialized housing. The industrial complex has been designed to achieve a production capacity of up to 1,000 homes per year, making it one of the largest industrialized housing manufacturing centers in Europe. To achieve this, the company plans the progressive incorporation of a workforce of 380 employees, including technical staff, engineers, architects, specialized operators, and administrative and logistics personnel.
The new factory will integrate fully industrialized processes, with production lines, structural manufacturing, carpentry, installations, finishes, and logistics, enabling reduced delivery times without compromising the highest quality standards.
