OH Casas Modulares celebra 10 anys iniciant la major fàbrica d'habitatges industrialitzats i modulars d'Espanya

Ten years after beginning operations, OH Casas Modulares embarks on a new era with the construction of what will be one of Spain's largest factories for industrialized housing. The company anticipates multiplying its production capacity, creating jobs, and establishing Albacete as a national benchmark for high-quality modular construction.

Ten years ago, OH Casas Modulares was founded with a clear purpose: to demonstrate that it was possible to build homes more efficiently, with higher quality, and in less time through industrialization.  A decade later, the company is launching the most ambitious project in its history with the construction of what will be Spain's largest factory for industrialized housing. The new facilities represent an unprecedented leap in production capacity, technology, and job creation, solidifying the company as one of the sector's major national leaders.
The industrial complex has been designed to achieve a production capacity of up to 1,000 homes per year, making it one of the largest industrialized housing manufacturing centers in Europe. To achieve this, the company plans the progressive incorporation of a workforce of 380 employees, including technical staff, engineers, architects, specialized operators, and administrative and logistics personnel.
The new factory will integrate fully industrialized processes, with production lines, structural manufacturing, carpentry, installations, finishes, and logistics, enabling reduced delivery times without compromising the highest quality standards.
Since its founding, OH Casas Modulares has prioritized innovation, architectural design, and in-house manufacturing as fundamental pillars of its growth. Over these ten years, the company has evolved from a small business venture into a recognized player in the industrialized construction sector.
This tenth anniversary marks not an endpoint, but the beginning of a new phase characterized by investment, job creation, and national and international expansion. With this project, OH Casas Modulares reaffirms its commitment to positioning Spain as a leader in high-quality industrialized construction.
"Ten years ago, we started with a dream and a small team. Today, we are building a factory with the capacity to produce up to 1,000 homes a year. Our goal is to demonstrate that from Albacete, we can lead the transformation of construction in Spain and compete with the best European manufacturers."
