The bridge crossing the Segre River near Sant Martí dels Castells, within the municipality of Bellver de Cerdanya, has had a traffic restriction on one of its lanes for several days. Specifically, the lane heading towards Prullans remains open, while the one going towards Martinet is closed.

Currently, the road service is carrying out maintenance and conservation work on the bridge's structure. Sources from the government's sub-delegation in Lleida, consulted through the State Road Unit, have confirmed that the closure of the left lane is deemed necessary for these interventions.

The main objective of this work is to determine on-site the most suitable type of action for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the bridge structure. This evaluation phase is crucial for defining future interventions.

Work in the area began approximately three weeks ago, and as of now, no completion date has been set. The cost of these actions is covered by a budget allocation for the conservation and rehabilitation of structures on the state road network in Lleida and Catalunya.
