The Can Felipa Civic Center in Poblenou hosted the closing of the Sacseig Festival this Saturday, an initiative dedicated to giving visibility to vulnerable groups through performing arts.

Directed by Lali Álvarez, the performance K.O.O.K Estripar les cartes invited the audience to engage with the daily realities of homelessness. The festival focused on stories of resilience, highlighting the dignity of those who refuse to give up despite facing mental health challenges or social risk.

"Artistic creation builds networks and relationships, becoming spaces for mutual support between people."

This year's edition featured five artistic residencies that paired professional artists with participants. The project aims to bring marginalized voices to the stage and challenge public perceptions through shared creative processes.
