Club Esportiu Sant Andreu has announced that no tickets remain available for Sunday's crucial match, April 19, at their home stadium, the Narcís Sala. A total of 6,531 supporters will gather to witness the clash against Reus Reddis, which could mark the team's promotion to Primera RFEF.
After the disappointment of failing to secure promotion on their first attempt, following a defeat against Valencia Mestalla, the 'quadribarrada' fanbase is eager not to miss this new date with history. The team, managed by Natxo González, has had an exceptional second half of the season, boasting a streak of nine victories and seventeen unbeaten matches before the Valencia Mestalla game.
This attendance figure sets a new record for the season, matching that recorded during the Copa del Rey match against Celta de Vigo. The squad will have the massive support of their fans as they aim to return to winning ways and celebrate a title that would open the doors to Primera RFEF.
Football belongs to the fans.
Despite the high demand and the fact that many fans were left without tickets, the Barcelona-based club extended a gesture of fair play to their opponent, Reus Reddis, by providing them with 400 tickets. This action underscores the values of popular football that Sant Andreu has always championed.
