The CCOO union has announced protests for Monday, March 2nd, at the Fira de Barcelona venue to highlight poor working conditions during the Mobile World Congress.

Union members will set up information tents at public transport entrances in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat. They aim to expose issues such as temporary contracts, shifts exceeding 12 hours, and low pay for the staff making the global event possible.
The complaints involve multiple sectors, including catering, security, cleaning, and ICT companies. CCOO also criticized the lack of breaks and dress code requirements that lead to the objectification of female staff members.
