Councilor Bonet defended the municipal proposal for the Rambla Verda and new housing developments during the last Vallcarca neighborhood council meeting, held at the Jaume Fuster Library.

The debate over the modification of urban planning centered the session, especially regarding the different possible approaches for the Rambla Verda. The councilor highlighted actions started in the last six months, such as the service ring and the beginning of the Parc Central.

"This would not allow us to gain more housing."

Regarding the Rambla Verda, Bonet confirmed its implementation “from Agramunt downwards,” including the planned reservoir. She presented the option that the council will put on the table in the modification negotiation, ensuring that “everyone will be able to participate.”
In terms of housing, 13 units will be gained at Casetes d’Encarnació and 11 at Plaça Anna Frank, where one expropriation is still pending. The opening of the Parc Central basketball court has been delayed until March due to complications with walls found during the works.
