Commuters on the R2 Sud line of Rodalies are experiencing delays of up to 20 minutes this Sunday, February 1, due to an infrastructure incident between the Sants and Bellvitge stations.

Renfe has reported that trains connecting southern Catalonia with Barcelona are running with average delays of 20 minutes. This disruption occurs on a key section of the metropolitan network, causing inconvenience to travelers during the holiday weekend.
In addition to the main incident, the R4 line is also registering delays of approximately 20 minutes between Sant Vicenç de Calders and Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. These delays are a direct consequence of speed restrictions imposed at various points along that route.
Rodalies is operating with altered frequencies across most lines this Sunday due to generalized speed restrictions. These limitations are part of an ongoing comprehensive review of network points being carried out.
It should be noted that the previous Saturday, scheduled works in Juneda (les Garrigues) required extending the alternative road service for the R13 and R14 lines all the way to Lleida, instead of the usual stop at Vinaixa.
