The initiative, driven by the Fundació Formació i Treball, aims to bring job opportunities closer to residents of rural municipalities in Central Catalonia. The event will facilitate mutual understanding between representatives of the regional business community and program users, streamlining selection processes and opening new avenues for direct hiring.
The «Itineraris +Rural» program targets individuals aged 16 and over who are unemployed and face difficulties entering the job market, particularly those at risk of social vulnerability. The project addresses the challenges of physical distance and mobility limitations in rural areas by bringing professional teams directly to the municipalities to offer services such as personalized career guidance, basic and professional training, digital literacy, professional certification preparation, and active job search support.
The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ateneu d'Avià.
