Arrest of minors for violent robbery at a tobacconist shop in Berga.

The Mossos d’Esquadra arrested three minors, aged 16 and 17, this week in Berga, accused of a violent robbery committed on Wednesday, December 10, at a local tobacconist shop.

The incident took place last week, specifically on Wednesday, December 10, shortly before 8 p.m. According to police sources, the three youths restrained the owner of the tobacconist inside the premises and caused him injuries before stealing several cartons of tobacco.
Following the report, the Mossos d’Esquadra launched an investigation to identify the perpetrators. On Monday, December 15, the police managed to identify and arrest the first two individuals, both 16-year-old minors.
The following day, Tuesday, December 16, the third youth, aged 17, was identified and arrested. All three were detained on charges of robbery with violence or intimidation.
After the arrests, the three minors were transferred to the custody of the Barcelona Juvenile Prosecutor's Office (Fiscalia de Menors de Barcelona) on Tuesday, December 16.
