Citizens in Berga will be able to process their National ID (DNI) and passport using a mobile unit from the National Police Corps, which will be stationed in front of the Hotel d'Entitats starting July 15.

The new integrated documentation vehicle, known as VIDOC, will allow users to renew or issue documents and collect them on the spot. The service will be provided periodically throughout the year, with the exception of August.
To access this service, it is essential to book an appointment through the website provided by the Berga City Council. The booking period opens on July 3 at 9:00 AM. Those experiencing difficulties with the digital process may visit the Citizen Attention Office in person.
The cost for DNI renewal is 12 euros, while the passport fee is 30 euros; both payments must be made in cash. For individuals with reduced mobility or severe dependency, a specific procedure has been established to request that the mobile team visits their home.
