The headquarters of Foment del Treball hosted the launch of the Territorial Council of Businesswomen of Catalonia this Monday, featuring a prominent role for the ACEB from Berguedà.

The initiative aims to organize female leadership across the region and includes fourteen major business associations. Marta Prat, manager of Indústria Avícola del Berguedà, has been appointed as one of the vice-presidents of this new strategic body.

"We do not have a talent problem, we have a talent utilization problem."

Mar Alarcón · Vice President of Foment del Treball
The event was attended by the Minister of Equality and Feminism, Eva Menor Cantador, and a large delegation from Berguedà led by Josep Maria Serarols. The council, chaired by Anna Ibars, seeks to provide structure and a unified voice to businesswomen across all Catalan provinces.
