The Esbart Cadí of Bagà celebrates its 75th anniversary this Saturday, July 25th, with the premiere of the show El Repunt, a production that marks a shift in its usual trajectory.

The performance will take place at 10:00 PM at Plaça Porxada, as part of the town's Festa Major. This proposal represents a reinvention of the group's traditional format, integrating elements of traditional tales and cobla music into a performance lasting approximately one hour.
The production stems from a collective creative process that sought to explore concepts such as identity, memory, and generational transmission. The central theme of the work pays tribute to the discreet and constant work of all those who work anonymously to keep popular culture alive.
The show features an artistic team of nearly 50 people, including the group's dance corps and a musical ensemble of 20 musicians, notably the Cobla Sant Jordi. Additionally, new costumes made exclusively for the occasion will be unveiled.
