These eight call-outs, carried out between 8 PM on Sunday and 2 PM this Monday, were mostly due to minor causes and did not result in personal injuries, unlike what happened in other parts of Catalonia.
The number of alerts in the Central Emergency Region is significantly lower than the total registered throughout the Catalan territory, which reached 400. Most alerts were concentrated in the regions of Tarragona, where 317 calls were recorded, mainly due to fallen trees.
By region, after Tarragona, the most affected areas were the South Metropolitan (36 alerts), the North Metropolitan (20), and the Terres de l'Ebre (10). The Central Region recorded 8 alerts, followed by Girona (5) and Lleida (4).
The temporal breakdown shows that between 8 PM on Sunday and 7 AM on Monday, 216 alerts were handled. Subsequently, 80 more were added between 7 and 9 AM, 62 between 9 and 11 AM, and 42 more until 2 PM.
