The rail infrastructure manager Adif has confirmed the suspension of train services between Catalonia and the Valencian Community this Thursday, February 19, following severe weather warnings.

The suspension will take place from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The measure specifically targets Euromed and Intercity long-distance trains. Local Rodalies services are expected to continue operating normally despite the weather conditions.
Civil Protection has activated the Ventcat emergency plan as wind speeds are expected to exceed 100 km/h. Forecasters highlight that the Pyrenees and the southern half of Catalonia will be the most affected areas until Friday.
