Cerdanya Hospital receives special health mention at the 25th Prix Pyrénées

The Cerdanya Hospital EGTC was honored with a special Health mention during the 25th Prix Pyrénées ceremony, held on February 18 in Barcelona.

The ceremony at Estació de França celebrated 25 years of cooperation between France and Spain. The jury highlighted the hospital as a unique project in Europe, integrating different healthcare systems and professionals into a single territorial cooperation entity.

General Director Dr. Xavier Conill accepted the award, noting that the center employs over 300 professionals. Since its opening, the number of French patients has grown by 128%, proving its vital role in the Pyrenees region.
