The women's team of Club Gel Puigcerdà has concluded an exceptional season by lifting the Cup title for the third consecutive time, thus achieving a historic double after their recent League victory.

The team from Cerdanya demonstrated its superiority in the final phase of the Cup, played on Jaca's home ice, where they overcame the local team without giving them any chances. This victory comes just fifteen days after they clinched their first League title, solidifying their position as a benchmark in women's ice hockey.
In the semi-final, Puigcerdà eliminated the Basque team Txuri Urdin with a 4-2 score. Subsequently, in the final against Jaca, the score was 3-0, although the goals did not arrive until the second period. Canadian player Megan Norris was responsible for opening and closing the scoring, netting goals in the 35th and 52nd minutes, respectively. Between these two goals, Kiera Ohare scored to make it 2-0 in the 45th minute.
This triumphant streak for the yellow and black team began two weeks ago, when Puigcerdà secured their first League title by defeating Majadahonda with an aggregate score of 3-0, an unprecedented success for the club.
