The Comtat de Cerdanya Library in Puigcerdà hosted the fourth edition of Cyber Cerdanya this Saturday, a conference dedicated to exploring the ethical and social challenges of technology.

Organized by the Grup de Recerca de Cerdanya, the event brought together experts to debate under the title Who is programming the world?. Topics included digital dependency and the autonomy of Artificial Intelligence.

Speakers included engineer Àlex Rubio, AI student Markus Urban, and UPC professor Ramon Canal, who discussed Europe's sovereignty regarding microchips and computer architecture.
