The Mossos d'Esquadra police force arrested a school bus driver in la Seu d'Urgell after he tested positive for cocaine and THC during a specialized transport safety check.

The driver was immediately removed from service and the vehicle was impounded. The incident occurred during a coordinated operation across Catalonia aimed at ensuring the safety of school transport routes.
Authorities conducted 110 inspections on buses during the campaign. In addition to the arrest in the Alt Urgell region, officers issued 48 fines for various traffic and transport regulation violations.
