The incident required the intervention of the Local Police, the Municipal Brigade, and Enric Palomino, a local resident who regularly assists in feeding the swans. The bird had become disoriented and ended up in the hazardous railway area.

After being safely captured, the swan was released back into its natural habitat at the Puigcerdà Lake, located next to Schierbeck Park. The animal was unharmed during the process and quickly rejoined the other birds.
