The analysis, conducted with real demand data from the Manjolet Residencial development by CLCR Manjulet S.L. and marketed by Heritage Real Estate, S.L., reveals that over 70% of respondents consider Cerdanya a destination for retirement and aging. This decision is based on several key factors that the region offers.
Among the main reasons mentioned by potential buyers are medical services and the hospital, valued by 80% of respondents. Other relevant aspects include gastronomy (60%), commerce (60%), climate (65%), sports and mountains (45%), and nature (40%). Culture is also an important factor for 25% of respondents. Interestingly, the only deficiency noted by the majority is the lack of a cinema.
The sociological data from the study corresponds to potential buyers aged between 50 and 70 years. The geographical origin of the sample covers the areas of Barcelona, Baix Llobregat, Vallès, Osona, Maresme, Gironès, and Garrotxa, consolidating Cerdanya as a pole of attraction for residents from these zones.
