Conca de Barberà Housing Office manages 700,000 euros in rental aid during 2025

The regional service processed nearly 500 applications for young people, seniors, and families facing housing vulnerability.

The Conca de Barberà Housing Office managed a total of 702,546 euros in rental subsidies during 2025 to support 489 families across the region.

Operating from the Concactiva facilities, the office provided guidance through 1,590 phone calls and over 1,000 in-person visits. The funds were allocated from both the Ministry and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Significant resources were directed towards citizens over 36 years old, totaling 294,355 euros. Additionally, the Youth Bonus (Bo Jove) supported 94 individuals with monthly payments of 250 euros.
The office also addressed eight emergency cases of extreme vulnerability and provided 42 grants to seniors over 65, ensuring housing stability for the most fragile collectives in Conca de Barberà.
