The El Vi fa Sang festival concluded this Sunday in L'Espluga de Francolí with its seventh edition, featuring the event Crims històrics a la Conca de Barberà and establishing the town as a hub for noir fiction.

The closing ceremony featured a dramatized roundtable that merged historical research with theatrical performance. The event included contributions from experts Antoni Carreras, Valentí Masalles, Enriqueta Moix, and Josep Maria Vallès, while actors from Tratea Teatre brought the region's most famous criminal cases to life, guided by journalist Òscar Callau.
Throughout the weekend, the festival offered a packed schedule including book launches by prominent authors such as Màrius Serra, Jordi Sierra i Fabra, Andreu Martín, and Jordi Dausà. These activities were paired with wine tastings from the DO Conca de Barberà, strengthening the link between literature and local heritage.
