Montblanc's Plaça 1 d'octubre was the setting for a successful charity Holi Festival last Sunday, combining fun, music, and colors with a solidarity objective for children and youth.

The event, which took place at midday, transformed the square into a vibrant celebration space, where participants could enjoy a wide range of activities. The initiative was focused on raising funds for social projects aimed at children and young people in the community.
The day featured the collaboration of various groups and entities, such as TotalDance Studio, Emi Namaste, and Bollywood Igualada, who enlivened the atmosphere with workshops for different age groups. Among the offerings were Zumba and Bollywood sessions, in addition to the traditional throwing of colored powders, which created a festive and family-friendly atmosphere.
Organized by the Afanoc Association, with the support of local sponsors and the Montblanc City Council, the festival attracted a significant number of attendees. The success of the event highlighted its inclusive and community-oriented nature, blending entertainment with awareness for charitable causes.
