Montblanc City Council has initiated a technical review in the Sòl de l'Horta neighborhood to ensure that the motorhome area strictly adheres to current parking regulations.

The municipal government has clarified that the urban planning for this plot only authorizes vehicle parking. Therefore, any activity involving camping is excluded from the permitted uses in this residential area.
Technical services are currently evaluating the activity license, which is in the processing phase. At the same time, the council is examining whether the black water disposal point installed on the premises meets the technical and health requirements demanded by law.

"If the activity goes beyond parking, it is not permitted, because the regulations do not allow authorizing a camping area in this space."
