The Salvador Ninot school in Sarral started construction this March on a new pedagogical playground, a project demanded by the educational community for the past seven years.

The works have finally begun after a long process of planning between the Sarral Town Council, the teaching staff, the AFA, and families. The main goal is to address the lack of play elements and shaded areas that the facility previously suffered from.
In this first phase, the intervention focuses on installing pergolas for shade, picnic tables, and planting trees. One of the most notable features will be the creation of a small earth mound designed to encourage exploration and free play among children.
In addition to the new structures, the project includes the recovery of elements that were formerly located in the town's Padreny Square. Although the full transformation will be completed in stages due to costs, the school community welcomes this first step toward a more inclusive playground.
