The award ceremony will take place this Friday, October 2nd, at 8:30 PM, at the Espai Romanguer. This competition, created by the Canyelles City Council with the collaboration of its Culture and Heritage group and writer Maria Rosa Nogué, aims to promote literary creation with historical and local references.
In this seventh edition, a prize of 1,000 euros has been maintained for the winner of each category (Catalan and Spanish), along with a sculpture designed by artist Francesc Barceló. Additionally, an honorable mention prize of 700 euros has been established.
The award ceremony coincides with the launch of the second edition of the Canyelles Mil·lenària Historical Novel Festival, organized by the Canyelles City Council in conjunction with the literary association Libertània.
