The Generalitat de Catalunya has activated the special plan for flood emergencies in Catalonia (INUNCAT) in emergency phase, affecting several municipalities in the Garraf region and other coastal areas of Catalonia. Restrictions will be in effect from 8:00 PM on Saturday, October 3rd, until 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 4th.
