The fire, which has two focal points, led to an Es-Alert message being sent to residents of the Mas Tarder and Les Estoreres urbanizations in Cubelles, Costa Cunit in Cunit, and the Trencarroques, la Creu, and Cal Candi sectors in Castellet i la Gornal. They are being asked to stay indoors and close doors and windows due to the presence of smoke.
Firefighters are working in the area with five aerial units and fifteen ground crews. According to sources from the service, priority is being given to the left side of the fire, where the urbanizations affected by the confinement are located.
