The Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council and the Barcelona Provincial Council are launching the Transitar exhibition this Tuesday at the Railway Museum to provide life guidance tools and combat school dropout rates.

The initiative, promoted by the Education Services Department of the provincial government, will remain in the capital of the Garraf region until March 15. The project aims to raise awareness about the importance of guidance as a key skill for managing life transitions.
This exhibition is part of new educational policies designed to reduce early school leaving. The goal is to rethink how young people and adults are supported in finding new educational opportunities within an ever-changing social and labor market.
The Councilor for Education in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Rosalia Márquez, and IMET technician Cristina Lorente emphasized the importance of bringing these resources to the city to empower residents in their personal and professional paths.
