Tomorrow, September 29th, and Wednesday, the mobile recycling point will be operational at the intersection of Av. Verge de Montserrat and C/ del Pou. Operating hours will be from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 4 PM to 6 PM.
At the Abadia, on Saturday, October 3rd, at 6 PM, the family show "Rucs, la Maledicció del Bruixot" by La Pera Llimonera will premiere. Tickets are priced at €6, €5 in advance, with packs of 4 for €18 and 5 for €22. On Sunday, October 4th, at 7 PM, there will be a cinema screening of the film "Palestina 36". Ticket prices range from €5 to €6, with advance tickets at €4 to €5. The Iberian Weekend at the Fortaleza dels Vilars will begin on Saturday the 3rd, with free guided tours from 10 AM to 1 PM. At 11:30 AM, the workshop "Guix, fang i canyes" will take place, free of charge and requiring prior registration. At 12 PM, a vermouth will be served. On Sunday the 4th, the doors will be open from 10 AM to 2 PM, with a guided tour at 11 AM.
The contest to design the poster for the Arbeca Fair 2026 has opened. Participants over 12 years old can submit their works to the Citizen Attention Office, the L'Atlàntida Library, or via email until October 16th, 2026. The winning artwork will receive prizes worth €400, and the first 10 valid submissions will receive a double cinema ticket.
The Cancer Association of Arbeca is resuming its healthy walks on Thursday, October 1st. The walks last one hour, adapted to participants' levels, starting from the Medical Clinic at 9 AM.
Starting October 5th, EMPIC activities will commence. The gymnastics session will be held on Tuesdays at 5 PM, changing from the previous schedule. Registration will take place at the Senior Citizens' Center on the first day.
