The Garrotxa County Archive (ACGAX) has completed the digitization of historical documentation from La Vall de Bianya, including military services and fiscal records, aiming to preserve it and facilitate public access.

The Garrotxa County Archive holds the historical documentation of the municipality of La Vall de Bianya. On July 16, 2015, the City Council agreed to its loan to the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for the ACGAX.
The digitization of archive documents aims to preserve the originals and facilitate access via the Internet. Essential documents for the municipality's history, such as military services and fiscal records, which are freely accessible and permanently preserved, have been digitized.
During August and September 2026, the company Artyplan carried out the digitization work at the ACGAX headquarters. These works cost €1,999.83 and were partially funded by the Diputació de Girona, with a grant of €895.39 as part of the subsidy for document and archive management projects for the year 2026.
