A total of 25 people participated last Saturday, October 31st, in a forest outing in Bac de Bianya, organized by the Friends of Vall de Bianya, to learn about the natural and fungal richness of the area.

During the visit, guided by Jordi Zapata, attendees explored a mixed forest primarily composed of pedunculate oak, hornbeam, and beech trees. Numerous species of fungi and other organisms were identified, discovering their characteristics and their role in forest ecosystems.
The activity emphasized the relationship between these organisms and the forest environment, highlighting the importance of biodiversity and the conservation of the forests in Vall de Bianya.
The day unfolded in a participatory and educational atmosphere, establishing itself as an opportunity to share knowledge about the natural heritage of Vall de Bianya.
