The Girona Provincial Council has granted a subsidy of €8,436.12 to the Town Council of Sant Joan les Fonts. The application, submitted on March 30, 2026, as part of the call for subsidies for municipal sports facilities, was intended to finance specific actions.
The improvements include the replacement of the boiler in the sports pavilion and the adoption of corrective measures at the La Canya football field. The estimated cost for these works was €11,248.16, according to the technical report prepared by the municipal architect on March 17, 2026.
The Governing Board of the Girona Provincial Council approved the granting of this aid during its session held on July 21, 2026.
