A brush fire caused a scare in Bescanó shortly before midnight on Tuesday, when two fire outbreaks appeared near a gas station in the Montfullà industrial estate.

The Generalitat Firefighters received the alert around a quarter to twelve at night and immediately dispatched a unit to the scene, located at the foot of the N-141e road.
Upon arrival, the personnel located two brush fires, very close to each other. Despite the proximity, the fire did not affect the gas station area at any point, thanks to the rapid response of emergency services.
The Firefighters managed to extinguish the flames quickly, limiting the affected area to approximately two square meters. Mossos d'Esquadra also attended the scene and have initiated an investigation to determine the origin of the fire.
