Throughout the three days, the fair will offer a wide range of attractions, including artisan stalls, giant wooden games, inflatables, adventure circuits, workshops, and a tourist train connecting different parts of the municipality. There will also be a bar service, sandwiches, and a food truck area.
The opening day, Friday, October 16th, will feature the "Learn to Save Lives" session, a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) activity led by the CAP of Fornells, coinciding with the International CPR Day. The activity will take place at 3:30 PM in the upper hall of the Centre Social.
Saturday, the 17th, will kick off at 9 AM with the traditional 4x4 gathering. From 10 AM, the day will be filled with activities, including the new castells (human towers) by Castellers de la Selva at 11:30 AM. The afternoon will begin with a parade of the town's giants at 4:30 PM, followed by a solidarity snack for La Marató, a country dance, and live music by the group Möther Mine outdoors. Dinner will be available at the bar area run by the Agrupació Esportiva or in the foodtruck zone.
On Sunday, the 18th, starting at 9 AM, the 4x4 gathering will take place again. At 12 PM, Xuspi will present a storytelling session for the little ones, followed by live music with the group Sawa Sawa during vermouth time. In the morning, children can also participate in the Fira del cop d’ull, a second-hand market for toys and games (with separate registration). The fair will conclude in the afternoon with the Cursa del Pernil (Ham Race) in the 4x4 area.
Throughout the weekend, local entities will offer activities such as workshops organized by the group of 17 del casal, a printing workshop by AFA Escola Forn d’Anells, a knot-tying workshop, and an exhibition on canyoning and speleology by FEM Muntanya, as well as a pumptrack area with BTT Fornells.
The Fornells Fair is established as an event that combines commerce, family activities, culture, sports, music, and the participation of local entities, designed for enjoying the municipality throughout the weekend.
