The Catalan Government has lifted the general mobility restriction this Monday afternoon, although most VENTCAT emergency measures will remain active across Catalonia until 8:00 PM.

Interior Minister Núria Parlon urged citizens to remain cautious as the wind subsides. The storm has resulted in nine hospitalizations, with two individuals in critical condition after being struck by falling debris in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet.

"We have passed the peak intensity, but we ask for prudence until the wind is completely stabilized."
