The collective calls for responsibility in ensuring sterilization, veterinary care, regulated feeding, and continuous monitoring of the animals. They recall that Law 7/2023 obliges local authorities to provide sufficient resources, although they report that effective implementation remains "insufficient" in many municipalities.
