The draw, held at El Modern, received 26 applications from local entities. Of the nineteen sales points available at La Copa, four were reserved for associations linked to the University of Girona, while the rest were distributed among entities that met the established requirements.
Regarding the management of the space at Parc del Migdia, the chosen entity was AFA Annexa Joan Puigbert. The process also excluded some applications due to reasons such as lack of accreditation for previous activities, non-registration in the Municipal Registry of Entities, or incompatibility with the non-profit status.
The Girona Fairs will take place between October 23rd and November 1st. The opening schedule for the stalls provides for extended hours, with specific closures on October 26th and 27th, and adjustments based on the scheduled musical and cultural events.
