American point guard Otis Livingston spearheaded the Bàsquet Girona comeback, scoring 12 crucial points in the final quarter to defeat a tenacious Recoletas San Pablo Burgos side (77-71) and claim their third consecutive win.

The ninth victory of the season for Bàsquet Girona was undeniably stamped by Livingston, who emerged when the game seemed to be slipping away. The visiting team from Castilla y León, desperate for points to escape the relegation zone, held a lead (66-71) with just over three minutes remaining.
Burgos started aggressively, showing high intensity, particularly on offensive rebounds, led by Jermaine Samuels. Local turnovers and poor outside shooting (7/27 from three-point range) complicated Girona's performance, which only managed a slim halftime lead (38-35) thanks to a buzzer-beating three-pointer by Sergi Martínez.

Livingston's appearance with 12 points in 7 minutes and a three-pointer when his team was leading by only one point, caused a finish that even made the speaker choke with emotion.

After the break, the game became bogged down. Although the introduction of Livingston and Marinas Geben helped maintain balance, two consecutive three-pointers by Raul Neto put Girona on the ropes. Livingston then took charge, scoring 12 points in the final seven minutes, including the decisive three-pointer, to secure the 77-71 victory.
